We are serious about drones, and even more serious about customer service. There is a tremendous amount of competition in the online drone selling space, and you may have noticed, that all current DJI drones are priced the same wherever you shop for them.
We believe that we can set ourselves apart from the competition by looking after each and every customer the best way we can, at every step of the process, including after the sale.
What does this mean?
Well, for starters, we aim to provide a website experience that is second-to-none. High quality images, inspirational messaging, good, down-to-earth product descriptions that give you all the info you need, including videos about the product where possible. We want you to have a memorable shopping experience when browsing our site.
We are small and don't yet have the capacity for online chat or a customer service phone number, however we do aim to respond to emails within minutes of receiving them, between the hours of 7am and 11pm EST.
Once an order is placed, we usually immediately (literally) create a shipping label and get the item shipped out. When a customer requests "Xpresspost" as a shipping option, we will have the item at the post office within one hour of the order being placed. If an order is placed with "Expedited" shipping, it will be at the post office by the next morning at the absolute latest. The way we see it, we have your money, you want your drone....fast.
In the rare instance where customers have a problem with their purchase, we are lightning fast in responding, helping to troubleshoot, and if the problem can't be fixed remotely, we will give you the choice of a refund, or a replacement unit, and we'll provide the return shipping label. As soon as we receive confirmation that the return has shipped, we will process the refund or ship out the replacement unit.
Our focus is on you, the customer, because we believe that this will keep you coming back. We will bend over backwards to ensure you are not only satisfied, but thrilled with the way we treat you. And that's no exaggeration.
